Travel Reimbursements
The selected participants will be paid the round trip 3-Tier AC return train fare of the shortest route from Delhi to the railway station nearest to their place of residence (this is taken as the address for correspondence given in your application). Those travelling by air will be paid the eligible train fare.
Accommodation
The participants (from outside NCR region) will also be provided accommodation on-campus as per the following details

Reaching IIT Delhi Campus
The nearest metro stations to IIT campus are IIT Delhi Metro Station and R.K. Puram Metro Station (both on Magenta line).
Here are the ways in which you can reach IIT Delhi.
From New Delhi Railway Station (distance 15 km): Book a cab from pre-paid (taxi / auto-rickshaw) booths
outside the station. If you prefer metro, the nearest metro station (New Delhi Railway Station) is
within walking distance.
From Airport (distance 12 km):
You can take a cab to reach IIT Delhi. Alternatively, from Terminal 1, you can take magenta line to IIT Delhi
or R.K. Puram metro station.
